Google Chrome ChromeSearchToday Hijacker Solutions

Fist of all check if this policy applies to you or not entering chrome://policy in the addressbar. In my case the result was
[Please right click and open the image on New Tab to view Enlarged image(s)]
In the policies there seems to be that intrudent entries.
This seems added via Group Policy.
Now open Group Policy Editor with the command gpedit.msc in the Run of Windows.
Follow the link https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/187202?hl=en to download and install new Group Policy Templates.
Then you might see
[Please right click and open the image on New Tab to view Enlarged image(s)]
Now go to each settings
- Enable the default search provider
- Default Search provider name
- Default Search Provider keyword
- Default Search Search URL etc.
Run gpupdate command in your command prompt with administrative previlige.
