Second Year Course Composition for Private Students is as follows

Courses equivalent 200 marks to be selected from any one of the following areas.
a) Development Management
DM 621 Planning and Project Management (100)
DM 622 Study on Human Development (100)
b) Human Resources Management
HRM 631 Human resource development (100)
HRM 632 Personnel Administration in Nepal and SAARC Countries (100)
c) Local Governance and Development
LGD 641 Rural Development (100)
LGD 642 Urban Governance and Development Management(100)
d) Civil Society Governance
CSG 651 Civil Society Governance and Management (100)
CSG 652 NGOs and Development in Nepal (100)
e) Public Policy
PP 661 Public Policy Analysis (100)

Among them
- PA 610 Research Methods in Public Administration II (50) carries Field work/Proposal writing of 10 Marks
- Other elective subjects of (100) carries Field Work/Report of 20 Marks for e.g. Lets choose DM 621 Planning and Project Management (100) and DM 622 Study on Human Development (100)
General Information:
- We have to submit 1 Proposal for fulfillment of PA 610 Research Methods in Public Administration II (50) the proposal could be on any subject/title
- For DM 621 and DM 622 we have to submit 1/1 Field Work reports for each subject
- Proposal submitted for PA 610 could be related with field work report of (one of) DM 621 or DM 622 but not necessarily
- Students are required to deposit Rs. 2,100/- (3x700) in Nepal Bank Limited A/C of Central Department of Public Administration (CDPA) in A/C # 21700100193041000001 and submit the original Voucher as mentioned in the image
(Update: For year 2076, the fee is Rs. 1000 each subject)
(This notice was for year 2075, please obtain the latest Price and Account number from Central Department of Public Administration if it's changed) - The 3 documents (1 Proposal and 2 Reports) should be submitted within 1 month after completion of exam (for this year it's 15th Chaitra 20175 as the deadline)
- Those 3 documents should be submitted in Plastic/Spiral Binded and in 2 copies of each.So, it's we have to submit 6 binded documents
- Don't forget to inlcude Photocopy of your Exam Admit Card on each reports after the Coverpage.
- The Research Report could be just descriptive research with essential components on it.
- As there will be limited timeline Secondary datasources enough to fulfil your methodology
- The proposal/reports can be submitted together
- The submission should be done on Administration of Public Administration Campus (PAC) (जन प्रशासन क्याम्पस) Balkhu, Kathmandu
- For those students who don't appear written exams of that subjects are also required/allowed to submit Field Work together with regular students'
